Stainless steel handlebars for Schwinn IC Pro Elite, and Elite, Titan and others.  With the use of a reducing sleeve can be used to upgrade your older ( pre 2003 ) schwinn Pro with Chrome plated bars.  If yours are rusting out, this is the answer. Rubberized form handle grip surface for comfort.  These come in a few different sizes specific to each bike.
